What would help your family most?

In order to allow clients to choose an amount that fits their budget we charge $0.15/ square foot for a one-time clean, or $0.11/sq ft for 4 cleanings. The idea is to offer a flexible, room-by-room cleaning service instead of requiring customers to purchase a full-home cleaning package. This allows families to focus on the areas that create the most stress while paying only for the cleaning they actually need.

Garages, unfinished basements, or rooms that are otherwise not being serviced are not included in the square foot calculations.

Entryways, hallways, and stair cases are not usually calculated in the square footage unless they are in need of further detailed service beyond dusting and basic floor cleaning.

Standard services may include:

  • Put away items that can be put away, otherwise stacked nicely. Clean and sanitize countertops. Wipe cabinet fronts and handles. Clean exterior of appliances. Clean stovetop and backsplash Scrub and sanitize sink Wipe microwave inside and out. Clean inside reachable windows Empty trash and replace liner. Sweep and mop floors. Vacuum rugs and carpets. Dust light fixtures and vents. Spot-clean walls and doors.

  • Dust furniture and décor. Vacuum carpets and rugs. Sweep and mop hard floors. Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces. Empty trash bins. Dust reachable ceiling fans and vents.

  • Put away items that can be put away, otherwise stacked nicely, Clean and sanitize toilets. Scrub tubs and showers. Clean shower doors and tracks. Sanitize sinks and countertops. Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures. Wipe cabinet fronts and handles. Empty trash and replace liner as needed. Sweep and mop floors. Remove soap scum buildup.

  • Dust all reachable surfaces. Vacuum carpets and rugs. Sweep and mop hard floors. Clean and disinfect all surfaces. Dust electronics and TV stands. Pick up remote controls and loose items. Spot-clean walls and doors.

  • Small walkways and stairs will be swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed if attached to rooms purchased in the service. Additional services, including shelf organization, deep cleaning of specific areas, and detailed knick-knack shelf dusting, may be available and are assessed on a case-by-case basis
